Hi, I’m Sabrina Johnson, and I’m on a mission to make skincare simple, effective, and kind to both people and the planet. Sunshine de lites was born out of my personal struggles with sensitive skin—a frustrating journey filled with endless products, dermatologists, and no real answers. One day, I decided enough was enough. If I couldn’t find a solution, I would create one myself.

My “light bulb moment” came during my deep dive into the hidden chemicals in conventional skincare products. This newfound awareness sparked my passion for harnessing the power of nature to create a line of products free from harsh additives. Thus, Sunshine de lites was born—a brand committed to offering handcrafted, natural skincare solutions that prioritize purity, sustainability, and results.

Our signature Sole de lite Foot Repair Salve is a fast-absorbing cream that helps dry, cracked skin repair itself by penetrating beneath the skin’s

surface. Its unique combination of organic and natural ingredients seals in moisture, leaving feet soft, hydrated, and luxurious to the touch. No more itching, flaking, or dry skin! Our customers can’t get enough of the “Magic Eraser for your Feet.”

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Building Sunshine de lites came with significant challenges: no website, no capital, working two jobs, dealing with supply shortages from vendors, and launching new ideas that initially yielded no results. Despite these obstacles, I overcame them by relying on faith, determination, and perseverance. Step by step, I trusted God to guide my path (Philippians 4:13), stayed committed to my vision, and focused on building a foundation one small success at a time. To bring awareness to the brand, I started mailing and handing out samples everywhere I went. These experiences have shaped Sunshine de lites into the purposeful, faith-driven brand it is today.

At Sunshine de lites, we specialize in creating natural, handcrafted skincare products that nourish, protect, and rejuvenate the skin. Our offerings are free from harsh additives, focusing on harnessing the power of nature to promote healthy, radiant skin. We are known for our dedication to quality and our belief that everyone deserves products that are both safe and effective.

What sets us apart is not only our commitment to clean beauty but also our strong belief in giving back to the community. We actively support local initiatives and participate in outreach programs to help those in need, reflecting our values of kindness and compassion.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
At Sunshine de lites, I believe that taking risks is essential for growth. Starting this business was a significant step—transitioning from conventional skincare to creating products infused with natural ingredients and pure essential oils was a bold move. It wasn’t easy, but it was driven by my passion for offering healthier, more effective alternatives in skincare. I’ve learned that carefully considered risks, especially when it comes to using quality ingredients, can lead to meaningful rewards. Sometimes, stepping outside your comfort zone is exactly what you need to make a difference.
