When will I receive my order?

Your order is packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days of order request.  Why? Because all orders are handcrafted specifically for the buyer to guarantee freshness.  You will receive an email with your tracking number for your package.

What to do if order states delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Before contacting us via email, please make sure you have done the following:

  • Please refer to your tracking number.  It will state whether your items were delivered to a receptionist, office, or mailbox.  Also, check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address.  After these options, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to inquire about the delivery of your package. 
  • If you believe you have done all of the above and still can't find your package, please email us with your order details and tracking number at: Sunshinedelites@gmail.com
  • We will respond to correspondence within 24-48 business hours. 

What to do if my package needs to be returned to Sunshine de lites?

We do not accept returns unless item has arrived damaged. Reports of damage must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery. Please take picture and email us at: sunshinedelites@gmail.com our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

What to do if order not delivered to correct address? 

Sunshine de lites is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if correct address is on shipping label. If you place an order using the wrong address and it has already shipped, we cannot intercept the shipment.  If your order is returned to us, “Return to Sender” you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please confirm the address you use is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay in touch by joining our email list and we will keep you updated.

Do you offer Refunds?

All sales are final. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Once your order is placed there cannot be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective. Please email sunshinedelites@gmail.com for further assistance. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of item(s).
