Carrots are packed with beta carotene, a powerful antioxidant that rejuvenates the skin via cell renewal and anti-aging properties. Coconut milk is known to moisturize, hydrate, soothe, and calm the skin. It also contains lauric acid which hosts antibacterial and antimicrobial qualities which can improve acne-prone and oily skin.
